Varietals Blend: 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc
Alcohol: 12,2%
Tasting notes: Light salmon pink color, with elegant and persistent bubbles, very aromatic and fresh with notes of strawberry, cherry and red fruits.
Palate: Smooth on the palate, good acidity and very voluminous.
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, to accompany shellfish, ceviche’s, carpaccio’s and fish dishes.
